CDFW wrapped up wolf capture and collar operations recently in northern California that resulted in a record-number 12 wolves now outfitted with satellite collars on the landscape. That collar data is expected to provide a wealth of information to better understand wolf movements, diet, dispersal, pack formations and help mitigate conflicts with livestock producers.
