🐨 👨‍🚒 While deployed in Victoria, CFS crews were on their way back from the fire ground when they came across a koala sitting in the middle of the road. The koala was in burnt territory but thankfully was unharmed. Two crew members, Steve and Carol – both experienced in handling wildlife – were able to safely rescue and release the koala into an unburnt area away, well away from the fire front.
