Judge Tony Graf in Utah's 4th Judicial District in Provo scheduled a Dec. 29 online hearing in which he'll announce his ruling on two issues he heard argument on today: the unsealing of transcripts for a closed hearing in October and a request from The Salt Lake Tribune and other news organizations
