TESTING - Clearance check with the front portal axle and 3-link suspension and 38” BFG tires. The design of the front suspension with a long 42” panhard bar gives a slightly asymmetric lateral shift of the axle at the extreme limits of travel. In this case it works to our advantage on the passenger side, giving us almost 1” of extra clearance around the exhaust header vs what we had on the driver’s side! The truck looks so rad flexing like this so I hope it translates well to 4K video and makes

I 3D printed this interactive display so everyone can understand how these 5-link suspension systems work. I also got to come up with some cool technics in design for the adjustments and making it all work at scale.
