He’s already legitimately fast—podium-fast almost anywhere—and the engine is undeniable. Tons of cardio, great turnover, and enough history with this stride that injury risk isn’t the big issue if volume stays sane. But… there’s free speed here. Landing well ahead of center of mass means more braking and longer ground contact, forcing the body to catch up to the feet every step. Bring that foot strike back under him and nothing else has to change—cadence stays the same, stride length shows up be
