It’s a feature that helps the majority of customers but for some it feels bad. So what do I do? My gut feeling is that I just don’t do enough education post purchase. I do have a QR code but they may not be watching all the tutorial videos. I’m def gonna do a packaging redesign and this is probably important enough to have displayed very clearly. Idk. We’ll see.
