YPSILANTI TWP., MI – A gas-fueled explosion injured three people at Ypsilanti Township-based EFI, Inc. Wednesday afternoon, collapsing the northwest corner of the building, about a hundred feet away from I-94.

The Nashua fire chief described Monday's response to a gas leak, explosion and fire as a "complete success," even though three firefighters were injured, because everyone in the building was able to get out safely.
